Sunny Side Up – Forsythia
If you go to a restaurant for a Sunday brunch and order eggs, the waiter is bound to ask you how you want your eggs? The choices are mostly an Omelette, scrambled eggs or an egg with its sunny side up. The last one is a two minute preparation in which the egg is broken on the pan, cooked till the egg white solidifies and the yellow remains wet and raw! Then it is taken off the pan and served on the plate with some salt ,pepper and ketchup on the side. Well I really don’t like this version of eggs. But what I really like with its sunny side up is a plant called Forsythia. Here is a photographic essay of this plant, as it travels the course of its journey from a winter blizzard to its sunny side up
